Tri County Amusement Company Inc. is now a proud member of the Pennsylvania Video Gaming Association.

PAVGA’s mission is simple; pass operator‐based video gaming legislation (HB 1010) to support small business, the local economy and provide meaningful revenue to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We encourage any individual, business, organization or municipality that supports operator‐based video gaming to join PAVGA to help grow this important initiative!

Pennsylvania Video Gaming Association is trying to introduce video gaming to Pennsylvania establishments with liquor licenses.

Zoom_IllinoisVLT_UniversalSlant_400x700This opens the door for additional revenue to the establishment when partnered with a licensed gaming operator. The legalization of VGT’s (Video Gaming Terminals) could mean substantial revenue for your establishment.

How do I get involved?

Once Video Gaming Legislation becomes law, establishments are allowed to apply for licenses. The process must be accompanied by a partnership with a licensed gaming operator. Once approved the installation process can begin.

What are my responsibilities?

Adhere to licensing requirements set forth by the state and maintain records according to state gaming regulations. Monitor machines in a diligent and responsible way.

Who is Eligible?

Bars, hotels and clubs with PA valid liquor licenses.
